We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products and services.   • Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell products and services

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
