We're currently looking for a self-motivated, flexible, team player to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home CSR (Customer Service Representative). As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! We're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.

*Essential Functions**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
Maintaining regular and timely attendance
Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
Ability to manage individual stress/composure
Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

High School Diploma
Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
Able to Pass a Background Check
Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
2 Years of Customer Service Experience

During training, you'll earn $18.00 per hour. After completing training, you'll earn $21.00 per hour.
