- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Experience working with diverse customer populations, including international customers
