We also offer opportunities for professional development, training, and mentorship to help you achieve your goals. **Job Summary** As a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical product information and problem-solving services to both internal and external customers. You will work in a remote environment, with core hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and will have the flexibility to adjust your schedule to fit your life. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, teamwork, and individual achievement. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate daily with both external and internal customers to resolve any service issues * Receive and address inquiries regarding technical product information, performance, certification, contractor and distributor order/credit status, inventory status, complaint and/or claim status, sales aid status, as well as promotions and programs for both contractors and distributors * Offer alternatives to resolve problems * Receive and accurately enter orders into the online customer order entry system (SAP) and process them through shipment * Ensure accurate pricing is applied prior to shipment * Contact customers in advance of planned shipment for the purpose of making item/order changes or selling substitutions of other products * Arrange for shipment using various transportation modes to various delivery site conditions and requirements * Process samples, literature, and sales aids requests from field sales, customers, and clients * Verify the customer's job name and items ordered for a specific time period corresponds with the information in the pricing system * Make necessary corrections to ensure correct billings * Facilitate the claims process (e.g., billing, product defect, shipping, return materials, rebates) * Continually work towards eliminating non-standard receivables * Obtain proof of accurate information for auditing purposes to determine the action that needs to be taken, which often involves generating a customer to pay letter to collect monies owed to arenaflex * Fill in for field sales personnel during their absence * Manage requests for Specials through the ABP Specials Process database and provide response to customers on price of specials * Facilitate communication among CFC, plants, and sales reps **What Will Make You Successful** * The ability to converse fluently in French, preferably French Canadian * Superior verbal and written communication/customer service skills * A commitment to consistently exceed the customer's expectations * The ability to learn, understand, and transfer knowledge relative to the entire product line * Excellent listening skills and problem-solving skills relative to customer inquiries * The ability to prioritize your workload and perform multiple tasks at once is key * The ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment * Proficiency in operating a PC with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word * CES/SAP experience * Call-center experience **What Will Make You Stand Out** * Ability to stay composed and professional in dynamic, fast-paced environments, especially when engaging with energetic or passionate customers * Familiarity with the Quebec dialect to support effective communication with our French-speaking clientele * A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation * Experience in account management, with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service **Why Join arenaflex?** arenaflex is a leader in the design and manufacture of innovative commercial and residential ceiling, wall, and suspension system solutions in the Americas.
