Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Scheduling Assistant to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service and travel coordination team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating travel bookings, and supporting our agency with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities


  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.

  • Travel Booking Coordination: Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences.

  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries, ensuring up-to-date information for future bookings and client interactions.

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

  • Financial Management: Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.

  • Research and Destination Knowledge: Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients' needs, staying up-to-date on the latest travel trends and recommendations.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional customer service and travel experiences.

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for customer service and travel. The ideal candidate will possess:


  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry is preferred, but not required.
