Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled e-Service Chat Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Associate, you will represent arenaflex to customers and business partners, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience. You will acquire knowledge and understanding of product coverage and adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, ensuring a clear understanding of our services and benefits
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved, providing timely and effective solutions
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- May assume other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience preferred
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in using various software applications and technology platforms
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
