- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Support Operational Accounting by performing a range of tasks, including data entry, processing correspondence, and creating customer letters
- Proactively seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions or issues
- Interact with client personnel on a range of information, including check status and reissue requests
- Process accounting entries and update data in spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform manual data entry and update data in various systems and spreadsheets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, operational support, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members
