- *Job Summary:**
As a Data Entry Clerk - Payment Processing Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payment remittances. You will be responsible for sorting, opening, organizing, and inputting Lockbox remittance with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting the production and accuracy standards set by our clients.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Sort, open, organize, process, and input Lockbox remittance with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery
- Ensure accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications
- Maintain established production and accuracy standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Site Manager
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate, you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
- *Requirements:**
- 1+ year of payment processing experience -OR- experience working at a HIPAA compliant facility -OR- experience working for a financial institution -OR- lockbox experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high productivity, and deadline-oriented environment
- Requires the ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be computer literate
- Must be proficient using 10-key pad
- Must have basic math skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- High school diploma required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
