Job Overview


As a Data Entry/Mail Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and forms, as well as preparing data for computer entry and maintaining our database. Key Responsibilities:



  • Receives, opens, sorts, scans, and distributes mail and forms internally, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

  • Directs outgoing mail to the Mail Center, adhering to established procedures and protocols

  • Follows established procedures to appropriately handle and distribute cash/checks, certified mail, registered mail, and returned mail, maintaining confidentiality and security

  • Prepares data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from mail, forms, and applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintains database, performing regular updates and ensuring data integrity

  • May be responsible for internal preparation of applications, providing support to the department as needed

  • May prepare and deliver documentation to the Imaging Center, ensuring timely and accurate transmission

  • Provides assistance by performing a variety of service and support functions to the department, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help

Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The ideal candidate will have:



  • High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge

  • 1 year of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional support

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to actively listen and ask meaningful probing questions, demonstrating your critical thinking and analytical abilities
