- *Job Summary**
As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations. This is a part-time remote opportunity, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
- Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and own analyses from start to finish
- Build displays and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data
- Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and stakeholders
- Build, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
- Manage projects essential to the business operation correctly under strict timelines
- *Measurement and Analytics**
- Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) for behavior analyses and build/preserve reports
- Supervise data quality and record accuracy
- Collaborate with team, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
- Apply modern analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with current data science trends and share expertise and best practices with team members
- *Required Qualifications & Skills**
- 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in forecasting and analytics
- Experience with time series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proficient in Python
- Proactive interest to identify the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
- Strong interest in details and ability to observe through tasks and complete whole tasks on time
- Effective verbal, written, and visual skills
- Desire to excel in a fast-paced, and ambiguous business environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Solid expertise in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent SQL skills
- Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of proven experience in analytics or data science
- *Education**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

The base pay provided will be based on internal fairness and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-associated knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term performance incentive devices may be provided as part of the compensation package, similar to the whole range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the scope and role provided.
