- *Your Mission**
As an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist, you will be fully responsible for the US market, providing solutions to questions raised by our customers on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. You will be part of our Customer Care team and will be in charge of guiding and helping users with any queries they might have, as well as evaluating updates to our products to recommend possible improvements.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide top-notch support via email and chat to our US customer base
- Research and explain our services to customers
- Evaluate updates to our products to recommend possible improvements
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure seamless support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
- *Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase
- Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
- *Added Values**
- Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments
- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian

As a remote worker, you will have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world. However, if you prefer to work from an office, you have the option to use our beautiful offices in Italy (Milan and Bologna) and Germany (Berlin and Hamburg).
