Key Responsibilities

- Assist and guide customers to the right answers and solutions
- Solve concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Follow written workflows and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet project requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A background in customer support, with a proven track record of providing excellent service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly tone and positive attitude
- The ability to follow written workflows and procedures, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace to take calls
- Willingness to install arenaflex security software and 2FA app on your phone
Preferred Qualifications
