  • *Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing customer success metrics and account strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, including virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms
  • Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-selling opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps, and delivering customer renewals
