Our vision is to create a destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful, and we're expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles, and cocktails. **The Role** As an Experienced Customer Support Associate (German Speaking), you'll be a key member of our Customer Delight Team, supporting both our bloomon and Bloom & Wild brands. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our German-speaking customers via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone.
