We're not just a company – we're a team of A players who are driven, accountable, and relentlessly focused on customer success. **The Role** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll own a portfolio of high-value customers, serving as their trusted advisor and partner. You'll run quarterly business reviews, drive adoption across our product suite, and ensure our customers hit their most important outcomes. Your expertise in cannabis retail operations, compliance, and customer experience will be invaluable in helping our clients succeed.
