Join us in our pursuit of the "impossible" to redefine the future of dog ownership together. **About the Role** arenaflex is searching for Experienced Customer Success Agents to work out of our HQ in NYC to build strong relationships with our customers, promoting retention and loyalty while delivering exceptional service. The actual rate offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
