As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve technical issues, provide expert support, and ensure that every interaction is a positive one. - *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Helping customers resolve technical issues and answering product/service-related questions
- Assisting with billing concerns and resolving customer complaints
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
- Utilizing multiple systems on a PC to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- *Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
- Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
- Ability to utilize multiple systems on a PC and pass technical assessments to demonstrate your skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
