You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop training content, and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs. If you're a seasoned trainer with a passion for customer service and technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deliver training programs for customer service teams, including technical training on arenaflex products and services * Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop training content that meets the needs of our customer-facing teams * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement * Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses * Provide coaching and feedback to customer service teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and technical training **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in customer service training, with a focus on technical training * Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that meet business objectives * Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field * Experience working in a customer-facing industry, such as technology or finance * Certification in instructional design or adult learning, such as CPTD or CTT+ * Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms * Experience with data analysis and evaluation methods, such as Kirkpatrick or Brinkerhoff **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify training needs and develop effective solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including customer service teams, sales teams, and product development teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines * Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute training programs * Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and technical training **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
