As an Experienced Customer Service Team Member at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operating point of sale and shipping software, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
  • Assisting with print and scan services, including passport photos and fingerprint scanning
  • Sorting and distributing mail for mailbox customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including package and shipping services
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Basic typing and computer skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift at least 40+ pounds, with the ability to stand for long periods and move around the workspace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
