- Operating point of sale and shipping software, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
- Assisting with print and scan services, including passport photos and fingerprint scanning
- Sorting and distributing mail for mailbox customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Performing other duties as assigned, including package and shipping services
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Basic typing and computer skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 40+ pounds, with the ability to stand for long periods and move around the workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- *Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
