If you're eager to join a dynamic and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Overseeing daily office operations, including phone and email management, and service appointment scheduling * Coordinating and dispatching technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs * Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, appointments, and concerns * Organizing documents, invoices, and client records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Processing customer payments and following up on overdue accounts * Assisting in the setup and implementation of dispatching software, such as ServiceTitan * Contributing to additional tasks to support the company's growth and success **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Experience in scheduling or dispatching, with a plus for experience in the service industry * Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with experience in Cloud-based CRM systems a plus * Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills * Strong attention to detail and communication skills * Familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials a plus * Must pass a background check **Technical Requirements** To perform this role, you will need: * A desktop or laptop with webcam, speakers, and a second monitor * A Windows or Mac-based operating system * 8gb RAM or more, with supportable internet speeds and a reliable router **Position Details** This is a remote, full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST.
