We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction!
- *Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume calls and emails, processing orders, and providing quotes to customers. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and friendly individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and assign emails to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
- Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
- Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy
- Enter tracking numbers into arenaflex's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and eCommerce websites
- Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability of products
- Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure seamless delivery
- Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers to provide accurate ship dates
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate financial records
- Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to resolve outstanding balances
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer support, and sales
- Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Friendly and patient demeanor, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a bonus
- Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working in the industrial supply industry
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or sales
