- *What You'll Do**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- **Communicating with clients**: Engage with clients via phone, email, or video to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- **Helping clients understand insurance coverage options**: Educate clients on the various insurance coverage options available and help them make informed decisions.
- **Processing enrollments and following up on documentation**: Ensure that client enrollments are processed efficiently and accurately, and follow up on any outstanding documentation.
- **Providing exceptional customer service and support**: Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- **Attending virtual team meetings and training sessions**: Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company news, best practices, and product knowledge.
