As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily activities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and members, addressing their queries and concerns
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure exceptional service standards
- Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people and groups
- A positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong customer relation and communication skills, with the ability to maintain good customer relations
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- The ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees

- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
