- *Your Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
- Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
- Providing support to policyholders with policy changes requested.
- Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience (minimum).
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred).
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
- *Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps.
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps.
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
- Proof of internet speed required.
