- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
- Making purchase suggestions and offering personalized recommendations to customers
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing fast and friendly service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and providing exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and providing exceptional customer experiences
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
- *Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
