We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in El Dorado Hills. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. - *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Handling customer complaints, including difficult and escalated callers, in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and providing follow-up support as needed
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong work history and proven punctuality track record
- Proven customer support experience, preferably in a solar or renewable energy industry
- Strong phone contact handling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of solar energy and renewable energy industry trends and technologies
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment

- Full-time schedule with rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
