Our team members are the backbone of our organization, and we're proud to offer a range of benefits, training, and development opportunities to support their success. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience * Modeling and promoting arenaflex's customer care best practices, including relational skills and pharmacy service qualities * Assisting customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Registering customer transactions, collecting payments, and processing voids, returns, and exchanges * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, stock, and displays * Executing loss prevention strategies to identify and minimize benefit loss * Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances * Developing and maintaining visual merchandising displays, including seasonal and promotional displays * Assisting with the separation of food and non-food items, and restocking shelves as needed * Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital photo services and sales of special photo products * Taking on web order responsibilities, including processing and fulfilling online orders * Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Basic computer skills and knowledge of retail systems and equipment * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Preferred Qualifications** * 6 months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a pharmacy or customer service role * Previous experience working with Walgreens or a similar retail organization * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Basic computer skills and knowledge of retail systems and equipment * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
