As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • **Processing Orders**: Accurately process customer orders, changes, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • **Providing Information**: Offer timely and accurate information to customers about order status and product details.
  • **Collaborating with Teams**: Work closely with Operations Support, Transportation, and Sales Teams to address customer needs and concerns.
  • **Identifying Opportunities**: Identify opportunities to improve customer service and drive business growth.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **Advanced MS Office Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • **Ten Key by Touch**: Ability to accurately enter data using the ten-key system.
  • **Flexible Schedule**: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience providing customer service via phone, email, and internal chat-based programs.
  • **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task while recording accurate information.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, previous experience working with AS400 and knowledge of the produce industry and varieties of produce are highly desirable.
