We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Escondido, CA. As a key member of our dental office team, you will play a vital role in managing patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance
- Successfully communicating financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment
- Presenting treatment plans and going over costs of services with patients
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans
- Collaborating with dental professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and colleagues
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Computer literacy, with experience in Denticon a plus
- Bilingual Spanish language skills
- Previous experience presenting treatment plans and going over costs of services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience in a dental office or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with electronic medical records and practice management software
