As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
- Operating the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting our products and services
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a variety of options
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interacting with customers daily, all while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Operate the register and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Make purchase suggestions and promote our products and services
- Work with our food program to provide customers with a variety of options
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interact with customers daily, all while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store
- *Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
- *Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
