- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Operating the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
- Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless store operations
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store performance
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
- Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:
- Experience working in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a passion for promoting them to customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
- Experience with cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system
- *Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with a focus on eye-hand coordination
