We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative IV to join our team and play a key role in driving our easy-to-do-business-with (ETDBW) initiatives. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative IV, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our members, providers, benefit administrators, brokers, and provider practices. You'll serve as a subject matter expert in customer operations, handling complex servicing of operational issues, and working closely with leadership to implement processes that support our ETDBW initiatives. You'll also act as a team leader, supporting our Customer Service Rep teams and driving strategic initiatives that improve our customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, benefit administrators, brokers, and provider practices, resolving operational issues and answering questions related to benefit administration, claims, pharmacy issues, group setup, enrollment, billing, broker commission, and access and referral issues. * Serve as a subject matter expert in customer operations, providing guidance and support to colleagues and leadership on complex issues. * Conduct root cause analysis and trending of repeat service issues to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to address them. * Work with leadership to develop and implement processes that support ETDBW initiatives, improving our customer experience and driving business growth. * Act as a team leader, supporting our Customer Service Rep teams and providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve our customer experience. **Essential Qualifications** * 5 years' experience in customer service, health plan claims, marketing, pharmacy tech, or sales. * High School Diploma required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment. * Knowledge of benefit administration, claims, and pharmacy operations. * Certification in customer service or a related field. * Experience with process improvement and change management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and implement strategic initiatives. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
