As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' concerns and resolving issues on the first interaction
- Working with confidential customer information while maintaining the highest standards of sensitivity and discretion
- Maintaining a constant working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions to ensure accurate and informed responses
- Documenting and updating records in our required systems to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

- Intermediate English language skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
