  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services
  • Educating customers on various insurance coverage options and making recommendations based on their needs
  • Evaluating current insurance policies and recommending additional coverage when necessary
  • Processing payments, renewals, and policy changes
  • Marketing and promoting our agency
  • Performing clerical duties, including data entry, inbound/outbound calls, sending/receiving emails and faxes, and other administrative tasks
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities and skills:

  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License
  • Determination and open-mindedness to learning about insurance and achieving an excellent sales record
  • Preferred: Bilingual
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute
  • Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM
