  • *Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing complex orders and requests with 100% accuracy from intake to filing
  • Ensuring the customer management system is updated accurately and efficiently
  • Clarifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer order issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Scheduling appointments with homeowners and communicating order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners
  • Creating packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process
  • Handling permits and inspections, and preparing customer correspondence
  • Identifying and implementing ways to improve overall level of service
  • Communicating order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and providing customer/delivery partner feedback
  • Administering programs, such as the customer referral program
  • Training others in office and customer service processes
  • Creating purchase orders, processing payments, or processing receipts (as needed)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-4 years' work experience in order processing or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution
  • Intermediate writing skills
  • The ability to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area
