- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our healthcare providers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and you'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through your exceptional service skills.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including notes, emails, and chat transcripts
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills, and to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, and contribute to the achievement of team and organizational goals
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry; experience in a call center or customer service role a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g. Spanish, English, etc.)
