As a Customer Service Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and in-person. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing product information and recommendations. As a Customer Service Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting clients with scheduling appointments and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Handling a variety of customer service tasks, from order processing to pricing updates, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting the sales and business development teams with customer service needs, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Prioritizing and managing urgent tasks to ensure deadlines are met, even in fast-paced environments
- *Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level across the organization
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule and prompt arrival to scheduled shifts
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to be cross-trained in other departments to help with unexpectedly high demands
- Prior Epicor knowledge is a plus, but not required
