  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional guest service, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Utilize Guesty and/or HostAI to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
  • Develop and maintain deep familiarity with ChatGPT to drive guest engagement and satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and vendors via phone and VoiP
  • Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
  • Respond to guest inquiries and communicate and escalate issues to Management via Slack
  • Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional service and attention to detail
  • Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
  • *Company Tasks:**
  • Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
  • Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
  • Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
  • Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
  • *Requirements:**
  • Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
  • Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
  • Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with deep familiarity with ChatGPT
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and operations
  • Knowledge of business financials/accounting and experience with accounting systems
