As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex 3PL Logistics, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers to receive and process orders accurately, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
  • Tracking orders for customers and resolving shipping/order issues for customers, including coordinating scheduling pickups with carriers
  • Maintaining and updating customer files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and all other departments, providing seamless communication and resolving complex issues
  • Following up on orders in progress, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of customer issues
  • Maintaining inventory control, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Ability to handle customer issues with a sense of urgency
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluency in English; Spanish and English Bilingual a plus
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in 3PL Logistics and Customer Service (Required)
