- *Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to ensure a positive customer experience
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- *You're Good At:**
- Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
- Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with customers
- Working at a quick pace while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
- Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and objectives
- Thinking quickly and offering creative solutions to problems
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- *Great If You Have:**
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
- A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- A willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- *Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
