- *Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
### Experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or call center environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer concerns.
### Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data entry, CRM systems, and order management tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and other marketplaces.
### Communication
