As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner. You'll also be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and mobile payments
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a retail environment

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience with customer service software or technology
