- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1+ year of customer service and data entry experience, preferably in a community development or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

- Experience working in a community development or related field, with knowledge of community engagement and outreach strategies
- Familiarity with arenaflex policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of community development best practices
