With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're constantly looking for ways to improve our services and exceed our customers' expectations. **The Role** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers * Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on a range of automotive-related topics * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers * Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred * 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution * Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus! Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Positive emotional resilience and ability to maintain an optimistic attitude in challenging situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Positive emotional resilience and ability to maintain an optimistic attitude in challenging situations * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other technology tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
