We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Pizza Artist to join our team in Senatobia, MS. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting delicious pizzas, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment. - Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations
- Craft high-quality pizzas, following our recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with our team members to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer feedback collection
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or culinary training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a kitchen environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous experience in the pizza industry or a related field
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
