As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving client and nurse queries, and providing timely responses to queries via our texting platform. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Answer all incoming calls and respond to client and nurse queries in a timely and compassionate manner. * Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved to the client's satisfaction. * Provide timely responses to queries that come in via our texting platform, ensuring that all clients receive prompt and accurate information. * Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need, when they need it. * Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start, ensuring that all caregivers are aware of their schedules and responsibilities. * Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented. * Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. * Perform non-urgent administrative projects as assigned by management, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. **Requirements** * Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Compassionate and confident, with a strong ability to empathize with clients and caregivers. * Responsible and reliable, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. * Customer service working experience, preferably in the Healthcare sector or a related field. * Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours, with a strong ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Impeccable phone and computer skills, with a strong ability to navigate our platform and systems. * Staffing and/or healthcare experience will be an added benefit, but not essential. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and caregivers. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Impeccable phone and computer skills, with a strong ability to navigate our platform and systems. * Ability to work independently, with a strong ability to take initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.
