As a Customer Service Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and developing a deep understanding of our products and services. - 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
