*Job Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service to clients of a major US pharmacy chain, resolving issues related to prescriptions, insurance coverage, and other concerns
Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, insurance companies, and customers as necessary to resolve cases and ensure timely delivery of medications
Conducting insurance resolutions and benefit verifications to ensure accurate and efficient processing
Resolving complex cases to ensure customers receive the right medications in a timely manner
Utilizing multitasking, data entry, and soft skills to effectively manage phone calls and interactions with customers
Conducting basic computing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
Utilizing Microsoft Office to navigate emails, set up online accounts, and reset passwords
Working in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
