  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues in a fair, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Registering sales on assigned cash register, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested, while providing customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Recommending items for sale to customers, suggesting trade-up and/or companion items, and implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including keeping counters and shelves clean, taking inventory, and checking in and pricing merchandise as required.
  • Assisting with separation of food items, product placement, and stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
  • *Training & Personal Development**

As a Customer Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to attend training and complete PPLs (Personalized Learning Plans) requested by your manager or assigned by corporate. This will help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role and advance your career with arenaflex.

  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Have a willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have six months of experience in a retail environment (preferably with arenaflex).
  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we prefer candidates who:

  • Have prior work experience with arenaflex.
  • Are fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Are able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
