- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
